Mrs. Racha A. Salman, 88, of Rt. 7, Crawfordsville, a retired practical nurse, died Tuesday in Culver Hospital. She was a member of Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church and Royal Neighbors Lodge. Born Jan. 2, 1885, in Iroquois County, Illinois, she was a daughter of Wilson and Mary Ann Fleming Minier. She was married to Bert Salman. He preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Alexander of Crawfordsville; a brother, H. C. Minier, of Fowler; a sister Mrs. Robert McCormick of Fowler; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Powers Funeral Home here with the Rev. Larimore Wickett officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery at Raub. Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today. – jlr
